Just as we published our last edition of Insight in March, we were extremely happy to appoint four new LawMaster team members, and welcome back a very familiar face!
Leanne Smyth – Accounting Services Assistant
Leanne Smyth has happily returned to LawMaster as Accounting Services Assistant.
We are delighted to have Leanne back with us, and she has lost no ground in using her vast knowledge, valuable insights and experience of LawMaster to look after our Accounting Services clients.
Sharon Bell – Accounts Assistant
Sharon is new to LawMaster and Australia, having recently arrived after living in New Zealand for over 25 years. Originally from UK, Sharon’s background in banking has equipped her with strong customer service experience.
She is a qualified Legal Executive and is also studying Accounting. Her customer focus and passion for numbers make her a great asset for LawMaster’s Accounts Team.
A keen swimmer, Sharon is loving living in Australia where she can spend time with her family.
Jason Ratajczek – Help Desk Analyst
Another recent addition to our Client Success Team is Jason Ratajczek, who joins us as a Helpdesk Analyst. He brings strong support-desk experience to his role, including a two-year stint as the Internal Helpdesk Manager for the Uber Offices in Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia and New Zealand, and five years working as a Genius for Apple Retail.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Graphic Design and is an enthusiastic fan of anything to do with technology and computer games.
He also loves sport across a wide variety of codes, and is a keen traveller.
Rizwan Bhatti – Help Desk Analyst
Our newest Help Desk Analyst, Rizwan, is highly experienced and accomplished. He has a Masters in Networking and Communications Engineering as well as a Masters of Engineering and Project Management, both from QUT Brisbane.
Prior to joining our LawMaster Client Success Team, Rizwan held roles at a leading Managed IT service provider where he assisted clients throughout Australia and New Zealand, the Asia Pacific, Europe and North America. He also worked for the Queensland Government as an Optus Network Engineer who provided technical and customer support during the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.
Rizwan is putting his excellent technical and customer support skills to good use at LawMaster, resolving Helpdesk issues promptly and efficiently.
Brice Fallon – Technical Writer
Brice joins LawMaster as our new Technical Writer, working across both the LawMaster and mattero Knowledge base content and help files. Brice has over five years’ experience in writing user-facing documentation for various companies, and holds a Masters of Writing, Editing and Publishing from the University of Queensland.
He’s also worked for publications and magazines and even the Queensland Museum.
Brice is an avid reader, enthusiastic traveller, and a real foodie!
