Kevin is a CPA with 20 years’ corporate restructuring experience with start-ups, turnaround and high growth organisations. He works with clients and acts in interim roles for companies on projects involving profit and performance improvement, corporate turnaround and balance sheet restructuring, business transformation, and continuous improvement.
In this webinar, Kevin will discuss how leaders of law firms need to step up to help their practices stay ahead of their competitors. In particular, he’ll cover how to test the resilience of your business, review your strategic plan, capitalise on your business intelligence and strengthen your place as trusted advisor with your clients.
