If your firm isn’t aware, a Tune Up is a customised process analysis and training program that enables you to leverage the knowledge and skills of our experts for application in your practice.
This five-step process starts with our specialists evaluating your existing processes and system usage to identify specific opportunities for improvements. We then develop an action plan with recommendations to improve your firm’s usage of LawMaster to drive productivity. The final step involves our specialists supporting you to capitalise on these identified opportunities through an ongoing plan for improvement.
Tune Ups have proven to be very effective at helping firms achieve tangible efficiencies that have translated into real cost savings.
