LawMaster has been working with the Queensland branch of St Vincent de Paul Society since they established their Legal Department seven years ago. At the time, they wanted to implement a document management system that would centralise all their information and data to drive efficiency and mitigate risk. LawMaster stepped in on a pro-bono basis to help the charity achieve their goals, and keep costs down.

Since implementing LawMaster in their Legal Department and other areas, Vinnies have improved the efficiency of their document management, saving them valuable time. The technology also served as a catalyst for the organisation to move to being largely paperless. This transition has allowed Vinnies to save money and decrease the use of large compactus, filing cabinets and storage areas. The charity is now using the space gained for 25 additional workspaces for the legal team and other personnel in its state administration offices located in South Brisbane.

You’ll be able to read a full case study about St Vinnies in the coming weeks.
