The ATO is changing the way employers report tax and super information. Single Touch Payroll is due to commence on 1st July 2018 and will affect firms with 20 or more employees.

Single Touch Payroll requires firms that use LawMaster as their payroll system to report the following:

1. Payments to employees such as salaries and wages
2. Pay as you go (PAYG) withholding
3. Super information

This information needs to be sent to the ATO at the same time your employees are paid.

LawMaster is currently engaged with the ATO and we are undertaking the development required to support Single Touch Payroll. More information on the progress of this development will be advised in the 2018 Q1 newsletter.
